Jadakiss Appears On ESPN's 'First Take' : Compares Notorious B.I.G. To Which Rap Star?

According to RapRadar, rapper Jadakiss brought his sports knowledge to the debate table on ESPN's "First Take" this Thursday. He joined Skip BaylessStephen A. Smith and host Cari Champion to discuss a variety of topics pertaining to the sports world.

The rapper also blessed viewers with some of his personal memories of his deceased mentor, The Notorious B.I.G. Skip asked him to give some insight into what Biggie Smalls was like, beyond just his larger-than-life rap persona.
"He was a great person. Very business oriented, very family oriented," Kiss said. "He gave me, really, the blueprint for how the industry was going to be, like the ups and downs, what to look out for. And you know, how Diddy was going to make us into superstars."
Champion then asked him if, in his opinion, there are any rappers in the game today that can be compared to Biggie.
"Nah. Maybe [Jay Z]," Jadakiss said. "I would have to put him right up there with Big. But Big is the cream of the crop for me and I don't think there will ever be another."
After giving his opinion on the 2009 Biggie Smalls biopic "Notorious" Jada's attention turned to boxing. He was asked about how much he thinks his "The Money Team" associate Floyd Mayweather has left in the tank. The 37-year-old boxer struggled to maintain his unblemished 47-0-0 record in his most recent fight against Marcos Maidana, which he won by a decision.
"I think he has a lot left in the tank. I just think Maidana was a hard opponent," Kiss said.
Jadakiss agreed with Smith's belief that Mayweather has become so distracted by his promotional responsibilities that it's hurting his performance in the ring, but also said that the boxer wouldn't allow anything to divert his attention if the long-anticipated fight between him and Manny Pacquiao were to be set up.
"There were a lot of distractions this past fight, a lot of social media things that could have thrown him off. And you're right that if he would have fought [Manny] Pacquiao like that, it might not have been the right outcome." Jada explained. "But me personally, I think his work ethic [and] his training has nothing to do with his out of the ring stuff. When he zeroes in on an opponent, he zeroes all the way in on them."
After talking about Biggie and Mayweather, he moved on to crushing Bayless' faith in the Dallas Cowboys. When asked for his predictions on how the NFC East would shake out, Jada did not allow his fandom to get in the way of having realistic expectations for his beloved New York Giants.
He predicted that the Philadelphia Eagles and head coach Chip Kelly would win the division, followed by the Washington Redskins finishing second, the Cowboys finishing third, and the Giants rounding things out in last place.
